Charming Travels LLC is looking for new as well as experienced agents. Our agency is built with reputable travel agents located across the country. We are a fully independent travel agency that deals directly with travel suppliers. We are designated as an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, and we also specialize in destinations to Mexico, Caribbean, Hawaii, and cruises. We are registered with all the major tour and cruise companies (Disney, American Airlines Vacations, Funjet, Apple, Vacation Express, Sandals, RCCL, Celebrity, Carnival, Princess, Holland, NCL, and many more).

Having a love for travel is essential to building a career in the travel industry, but there are other important qualities our agents must have in order to succeed:
I WANT to run a business.
When you are a travel agent with Charming Travels, you are running a business!! You must have a good understanding of what is expected as a professional business person. You must have great phone and e-mail etiquette (including grammar!) as well as good computer skills.
I am sales oriented.
You must have a desire to succeed in a fast-paced industry. Having a large circle of friends and family (along with many business and personal connections) will help widen your sales opportunities. You must be able to work independently and strive to meet goals.
This is a LONG TERM commitment.
This is not a 'get rich quick' kind of opportunity. You must be committed to spending 12+ months on your business before seeing results. You should be able to devote 20-35+ hours per week on building and maintaining your business. The more detail oriented and organized you are, the better!
A lot of our agents have a plethora of travel experience! Here is what we are looking for!!
Disney Travel Experience:
Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line or Adventure by Disney - we sell them all!! An annual trip to a Disney destination is preferred
We are also searching for agents with extensive travel to the following destinations:
Universal Studios (Orlando) Sandals & Beaches Resorts
Royal Caribbean Cruise Line
Carnival Cruise Line
We are also looking for agents with recent travel to Mexico, Europe, Asia, and Africa
